"Easy return, no hassle"
I had to return something from tootimid and, i was expecting it to be kind of a pain, but it really wasn’t. They got back to me quick, and my refund came through a few days later. Super simple, no weird runaround or anything.

"Got It Sorted, But It Took Patience"
The exchange did work out in the end, but I definitely had to sit around and be more patient than I wanted to be. The emails took a while, and the steps weren’t exactly clear, so I was kind of forced to just wait it out and figure things out as I went. It got resolved eventually, but the process could’ve been smoother.

Checkout on Too Timid was simple, which was a relief. I found what I wanted without getting frustrated, added it to my cart, and the steps were easy to follow.
The only annoying part was that the payment page loaded a little slowly. I sat there waiting for a bit and had to refresh once, which made me nervous for a second.
Other than that, it wasn’t a big deal. My order confirmation came through right after, so I felt happy and reassured overall.

"Discreet and easy checkout"
I ordered from Too Timid and was relieved to see the charge on my card was discreet, no obvious store name or anything awkward 😅 That was my biggest concern. Checkout was quick and simple too, and everything went smoothly on my end. I’d definitely order again.

"My order showed up faster than I thought…"
My order showed up faster than I thought, just a few days after placing it. The tracking updates were decent too, not amazing but enough to know where things were. Compared to a few other places I’ve ordered from, this was definitely smoother and quicker. Not perfect, but I don’t have any real complaints

The package was plain and didn’t show what was inside, which I appreciated. Shipping did take a little longer than I expected, and the tracking didn’t update very quickly, though maybe I was just checking it too much. It wasn’t a bad experience or anything, just kind of average for me

"Torn because I usually like them"
I ordered from TooTimid and felt a little frustrated with the whole process. I’ve liked the brand before, so I kind of wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt, but the shipping felt slow and the updates weren’t very clear. The site itself was fine to use, and the product ended up being okay, but customer service replied without really solving anything. I’m still a bit loyal to them because I’ve had better experiences in the past, but this order definitely made me hesitate about buying from them again anytime soon

The site has a big mix of products, and most of the descriptions cover the basic stuff like size, material, and what comes with it. Some pages were actually helpful, but a few were really short, so I had to guess a bit. The prices seem fair, and there’s definitely enough variety to browse through. I just wish the product details were more consistent from item to item. Overall, it’s not bad, but not amazing either. I’d probably shop here again if I already knew exactly what I was looking for...

I was excited at first because the price looked great and I thought I’d found a solid deal. But then I got to checkout and the shipping cost basically ruined it. It’s frustrating because part of me still wanted the item, but the extra charge made it feel way less worth it.

I’ve ordered from Too Timid a few times now, their loyalty points are better than I expected. I kept thinking there had to be some weird catch hidden in the fine print, because points usually feel like a little corporate mind game, but nope, they actually added up fast. I used them on my next order without jumping through a bunch of hoops. It’s not like they’re handing out massive discounts every time, but it does take a bit off, which I’m not mad about. The site was easy to use too, almost suspiciously smooth. Overall, happy with it.

I ordered a few things from tootimid and overall it was a decent experience. Most of the items showed up just like I expected, and the important stuff was correct. Shipping was fine too, and everything arrived in good condition. That said, one smaller item came in a different color than the one I chose, which was a little annoying. I didn’t think it was worth going through an exchange over, but it did make the order feel a bit less accurate. Not a bad experience, just not flawless either

"Fit worked out well for me"
I ordered from tootimid and, at least in my case, the fit turned out really good. I just went with my usual size and it didn’t feel too tight or awkward anywhere. I can’t say how accurate the sizing would be for everyone, but the size chart seemed spot on for me. Overall I’m happy with it and would probably order again

"Checkout Was a Bit of a Maze"
I was browsing on my phone and, the pages took longer to load than I expected. Not terrible, but enough that I kept wondering if my signal was the issue, then realized other sites were fine. The checkout part also threw me off a little — I eventually got through it, but I had to backtrack once or twice because it wasn’t super clear what to tap next. The site works, it just didn’t feel as smooth as I hoped.
